Gargoyle, along with Ivanhoe, is a new generation of California Cluster and the first to be grown commercially in over half a century. Revived by organic hop farm Hops-Mesiter, LLC near Clearlake, California, it is similar to Ivanhoe but tends more toward a citrusy-mango bouquet.
