Zenith is a hop of unknown pedigree but was grown as a high alpha hop with good resistance to disease. It has high alpha and high myrcene, low cohumulone and a myrcene/humulene ratio of about 2:1. Its rhizomes are usually available from November to February, which is also the best time to plant them.
